1-ON-1 SESSION/SMALL GROUP SESSION

Our 1-on-1 or group sessions are tailored to suit individuals and groups needs and goals. Our sessions will follow Australian National Curriculum and focus on the following:

  • Ball Mastery
  • Four Core Skills (Running with the ball, striking the ball, 1v1 and first-touch)
  • Speed, agility and coordination.
  • Included: Injury prevention/body weight resistance exercises.

Sessions are available for players aged 11 – 16.

Practice sessions can be delivered at your preferred location or arranged by us.
